The Brazilian Dimensional Embroidery International Guild, Inc. was formed in 1991 as a non-profit organization to promote the art of Brazilian embroidery through seminars, newsletters, website, and workshops and has worldwide membership.

Each year we have a beautiful handmade quilt as a fundraising project for education grant funds. ​​ Quilt is awarded to a grant fund contributor through a drawing held in June 2022.  Winner need not be present.

In celebration of the 25th anniversary of BDEIG, this FREE booklet is the Guild's gift to our members, future members, and to the rest of the needle arts community who many be interested in exploring the wonderful and colorful world of Brazilian Dimensional Embroidery.

Membership to BDEIG is open to all stitchers, amateur and professional, novice and experienced.  The only criteria for membership are a love of Brazilian embroidery and the desire to learn more about this needle art.
